I previously worked for Wiltshire Police for 26 years and was member of The Senior Leadership Team since 2015. I have a wealth of valuable Leadership, Finance and HR experience which I am keen to utilise and develop in a new capacity to help shape the future of Silverwood School.

I have many years of experience of leading and managing teams across recruitment, performance management, talent development and change management. A comprehensive understanding of Finance has always been integral to my roles.

I have two sporty children and spend my weekends watching either football or cricket.

Having thoroughly enjoyed my career at Wiltshire Police supporting our communities it is a privilege to now be part of the Silverwood journey supporting the safeguarding of the children and leadership of the school.
