I have over a decade of experience working in special schools, having held roles that range from Teaching Assistant through to Senior Leadership, I am always looking for creative ways to align current research and ideas to the world of SEND. I am passionate about sharing his knowledge with like-minded educators in order to further improve the support for young people who have learning difficulties. I love being able to support colleagues and students to achieve beyond expectation.

Outside of work, I have a young daughter and spending time with her and my wife is the best. We enjoy going on adventures, playing games and having lots of laughs together. I also enjoy my sport and most weekends you will find me on a cricket pitch somewhere in Wiltshire.
