With a rich and diverse career spanning 30 years, I have dedicated my professional journey to the realm of Estate management within the education sector. Beginning as a Facilities Assistant, I swiftly progressed through roles as a Facilities Manager and Domestic Bursar, Director of Commercial development, and Head of Estates, showcasing my versatility and passion for creating efficient and welcoming spaces. My expertise extends to project management, where I have overseen various build projects, implemented new initiatives, and ensured the seamless upkeep of facilities.

In every role I have undertaken, my focus has been on enhancing the learning environment for students, staff, and visitors alike. I believe that a conducive and well-maintained space plays a pivotal role in nurturing the potential of every individual, especially in the context of special needs education. My extensive experience equips me with a deep understanding of the unique requirements of educational institutions, enabling me to contribute effectively to the growth and development of our school community.
I am committed to creating inclusive and functional spaces that empower students to thrive. My passion for Estate management, coupled with my years of hands-on experience, fuels my dedication to ensuring that the Silverwood school environment remains safe, accessible, and exciting place to learn.
